A no show!!!
This technician, David F, has never successfully fixed an appliance at my house! First our dryer and many visits and parts ordered — it took another technician visit to successfully diagnose a bad thermostat and fix it with a part from his truck! This time, after four visits and many parts, my washer is still not fixed! To say it is "functional" when some of its wash functions do not work is not what I call repaired. I do not ever want him servicing appliances at my house ever again. I suppose it was a blessing he no-showed us. That he was routed here despite my specifically requesting from the Service appointment rep that he NOT be sent here is another issue!

Poor service
This washer repair has been the most exasperating experience! This technician has been here 3 times (6/5, 7/8 and 8/23) and another tech once (8/11), and my washer STILL does not work correctly. And this tech told me I should live with it, since my washer can wash. It can wash on basic cycles, but I cannot add wash time to any cycle other than Normal. Page 14 of the washer manual clearly shows multiple cycles that can have time added for Soil Level! So, I bought a Cadillac of a washer, and now I have a lower-end Ford!

REFUND OWED
When I scheduled, it said diagnostic fee would be waived if I moved forward with repair. He advised there were no error codes, and he was also able to make it drain. The diagnostic fee wasn't waived, and I need it refunded. Something was wrong as it didn't drain the previous time I used it. The dishes aren't drying in some areas of the dishwasher. So, he tried a couple of things and said nothing was wrong. This Whirlpool DW has about 4 1/2 years of use on it, a couple of times a week. I will never buy this brand again or use Sears home services.

AC check, Not cooling
This is probably my 4th or 5th time I have used my of home warranty service to fix my AC unit and honestly I am not convinced that you technician from yesterday wanted to go the extra mile to service and fix the problem. He gave me a list problems that he thought was the issue but my unit was still had a condensation problem and he attributed this to the AC unit being installed improperly from the start and that my drain line was incorrect. I called AirFlo and once again they saved the day and fixed the problem and did a lot more work than wade in about the same amount of time.
