Glass stovetop perils
Thomas checked our slightly pitted and hard to clean glass stovetop today. Told us it was in far better shape and looked much better than most he sees; including his own. He was patient with his explanations of what was and what was not covered. Feel like I overpaid for an extended warranty that I was misled by the sales staff to believe would even include an annual cleaning and polishing if the glass stovetop! But Thomas was great!

Juan was very helpfull, knowledgeable in explaining what had to be done. After completing the job, he explained what was done. He cleaned, put evr6 everything back. He was very professional and took the time to ket me know what had happened. Overall for me my Dryer Works!
