Jonathan did not make a mess, and he allowed me a few minutes to clean up the inside before replacing the part. He completed the work quickly, but I don't believe the problem was solved. Not his fault though.

The technician that you sent did a very good job was very curtious and fixed the problem now as for the system you all have in place to contact people is terrible you don't talk to anybody then keep people waiting two days at home when they have jobs to do your people called me telling me they were on there way at5:46 then ten minutes later I received a text that states my appointment was rescheduled for September 1then had to be here all day again something with your appointment scheduling needs to change
