Refrigerator
I am on fixed income. It took 5 trips for you to repair my refrigerator. I had to go buy food at the store every 3or 4 days this started back in June plus I lost a refrigerator for meat I need to be reimbursed

Not fixed
Technician didn't know I on the door or call. Said no one was home- we were home! Washer not repaired!

Did not listen
He said it's dirty. He said the dirt/hair on the inside of the glass on the doors stopping it from sealing well - thus the water streaks down the front of the washer. He also said that if you over fill the washer it will force the water out if the top of the drain pipe. I don't discount either of those points- however- I told him this as well- this time- I climbed back there and NOTHING was wet on any pipe or hose! He pulled out the drawer and said - "you know you can clean that right?!" He said he took the door to the filter off and watched it as he filled the tub w water and nothing happened.
