Danny was professional, timely, and very honest when repairing our dryer

Dryer
Ralph was very professional and he diagnosed problem and ordered part. He very promptly arrived and fixed the dryer. Problem is dryer now makes a different noise when drying is complete.

It took him 3 times to fix my washer. One time he came out and told me when conns set up the washer they did not take the shipping rod out. It took me less then 2 seconds to pull it out. He should have pulled it out. He was friendly and he knew what he was doing. I talked to my uncle that worked you sears for over 30 years and he said he would have pulled it out.

still not working
Danny is a nice guy but i have had someone out to my house 6 times and my ice maker still does not work. I am getting frustrated.

Washing Machine
Showed up at 5:20. Replaced belt and motor. Assured me it was good to go. An hour later put in a load of laundry and washer makes a horrible screeching sound. So it is not good to go. This morning I'm told I have to schedule a new appointment. Can't schedule anything because ticket hasn't been closed. Shouldn't have to wait to reschedule

Did not work on the dryer at all! Wanted me to create the noise it was making when Operating.,when I could not perform the noise, He said then there is nothing wrong with it! Very rudely left..

Saucer
He couldn't find the problem because it wasn't happening then, but he was sure it is the compressor because he's changed so many out. I have wait till it goes out again and I lose another refrigerator full of food.

was SUPPOSED to be a washer repair
Absolutely horrible & I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Danny C. came out to our house for a broken lid on our washing machine. He tried ordering the part but couldn't find the order number so right in front of me he called and ordered the lid along with a lid lock for some reason. I was told he would be back in a week to replace the parts. 2 weeks have gone by and he calls to ask ME if I got the parts and had no idea what I was talking about with the lid. I let him know only a lid lock has been delivered and no lid which is the whole reason for a repair. He basically was no help after that saying that he couldn't find the order number so he asked someone else to order it and they must not have. He changed his story several time and was just basically saying whatever he could think of it seemed. He had no answer as to when it would be in and wanted to know if he could install the lid lock to "make his boss happy" this is absolutely unacceptable and I'm stuck without a way to wash clothes for my family. I'm beyond disappointed in the lack of professional from Danny.

Unacceptable behavior
The dryer in need of repair is in a rent house I own. My tenant was home with her five children. She reported the repairman was unprofessional in his tone of voice as well as in the way he demanded his payment while she was busy changing a diaper. She was very uncomfortable with him in her home. In the future, please do not send this repairman to provide any service for us.
