Technician was friendly and "seemed" knowledgeable. Had to reschedule a 2nd appointment because the 1st technician didn't know to check the evaporator fan on the refrigerator. The 2nd technician stated that it had went out. Now I've got a 3rd service repair scheduled to replace the fan. I guess they're practicing like lawyers and doctors do?

Tech was very knowledgeable and was able to educate us about the issues we had. He was very considerate as to leave no mess behind. The burner that he replaced is working well and we are very appreciative. Definitely brought more time to our 14 year old stove.
