Refrigerator repair
Noah was very prompt as I was first customer of the day. Also he was knowledgeable about his product & went straight to work to replace my part. It was misdiagnosed by former tech but Noah was still able to repair my refrig problem. Very professional and courteous person. Sears is fortunate to have him on the team!

LG refrigerator repair
William repaired my refrigerator by installing a new compressor. He was very polite, hardworking, and took the time to explain in detail what was needed and what he was doing throughout the process. He made sure to keep the workspace clean after finishing the job. Overall, he demonstrated great responsibility and professionalism. An excellent technician, and I highly recommend him.
