The repair man was very concerned that he find the problem with with the washer. After determining the issues, he ordered the replacement parts and set a time to return and install the new parts. He did indeed return and made the repairs. After the repairs were complete he did a thorough inspection of the washer to ensure that it was working properly. I'm very pleased with the repair man and his work ethic. He's very nice and knowledgeable as well as very responsible.
