Noah was great but scheduling is nightmare
We scheduled our freezer repair countless times under our Sear Protection plan. The first time I called it in and the customer service agent didn't seem to know what he was doing. He even transferred me to the service tech to give model & serial #'s to my freezer to make sure the tech would have the parts. Even service tech was confused by that. Morning of repair the tech cancelled saying the repair wasn't scheduled under our protection plan. This time I got online and re-scheduled. The service tech came out but got called off the job because it wasn't scheduled as Sears Protection repair! I literally rescheduled a third time using the QR code put in all protection plan info and still Sears tried to call off the repair saying it wasn't going to be covered under our plan! The service tech really advocated on our behalf and got our ice maker repaired! I had another appliance scheduled under our plan and did not have a single problem! This system needs to be fixed. Extremely dissatisfied! Now to get our money back from Sears repair that we were charged last summer when our refrigerator was still under manufacturers warranty…can't ever speak to a live person 😡

Charlie was professional, friendly Cleaned up after himself. Called us when near by. He repaired my microwave which I was so glad, I wanted it repaired instead of a new one.
