Repair of Refrigerator with protection agreement
After 3 months of waiting due to parts and technician cacelling svc call , our Refrigerator is fixed due to Micah's good knowledge and expertise . Whole summer in Dallas's Heat we were without it. At the same we do not know is it going to work? How long. Waiting for30 to 40 minutes on phone with customer service without any answer So I explain myself, is it worth paying for Protection agreement price. Services were excellent 2 years ago. Please advice Vijay & Purnima chokshi

Hussein "Kay" is incredibly kind and helpful!
Kay came and diagnosed our problem. It will cost more to repair our less-than-5-year-old dishwasher than to replace it completely. But, Kay was incredibly knowledgeable and kind to help us determine what appliance to buy next. I am disappointed in KitchenAid, but happy to have Kay's help.
