My Technician was really knowledgeable and good. The following is no fault of the Technician. The Technician will come and diagnose the problem and then order the parts. Then you wait for the parts to be delivered and they come back to fix the appliance. The Technician went out of his way to advocate for a replacement refrigerator. I must go on to say that the Sears Protection Plan is NOT good. I can't tell the number of calls or how many numbers I called to try to get my refrigerator fixed. I got every excuse in the book for why they weren't getting the refrigerator replaced as recommended by the Technician. The Sears Protection plan was supposed to be a plan where if they weren't able to fix the appliance they would replace it. The Sears Protection Plan spent over $2000 with 5 different service calls to get my refrigerator repaired. It would have cost less than $600.00 to get a brand new one. It is currently working but it took 2 months to accomplish. I can not recomment that anyone purchase the Sears Protection Plan.

Our technician was the absolute best, text was sent when he was on the way, and he called and let me know he was on the way and asked if good time and making sure part had been received. He was quick on getting part replaced and was great during the diagnostic visit and let me know what to do one part received.
