Feedback on Repair Visit
Tech was great. Professional, personable and knowledgeable. But service is over priced. With a couple of hundred dollars more I could have purchased a new product. Not happy at all about pricing. Should be a way I can at least get a ballpark estimate for parts and labor to make a choice if I want serviceman to come out or if I want to get the certified Sears parts and self install. I would bet much appreciate a reply to this message. Thank you.
