Scheduled for service between 7A and 6P, tech came and repaired my oven within a few minutes. Alexander was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions before leaving for his next appointment.

They got the job done
I called Oct 23rd for service; Sears techs came on 24th with correct part & fixed issue. The housing for the H²O filter no longer ejected spent filter for replacement. New part working correctly. I only wish I had asked what the cost would've been outside of the Master Protection Plan. It'd be nice to know what I'd saved. :-/
