Refrigerator repair
The technician was knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the issue. However, upon asserting that there was a part needed for the repair, the earliest return appointment to replace the part took three weeks (from July 1, 2024 to July 22, 2024) we were left without a refrigerator/freezer which in my opinion is unacceptable. I will not renew my home warranty with Choice Home Warranty and I will not use Sears appliance repair for any future repairs.

Ran a bit late
Jesus was great once he got here and came inside. He called me & said he was about 30 minutes away, a bit more than an hour later he got here but sat in his van eating for 10 minutes before he ever came inside. Once he started working on my dishwasher he was great.

Technician service
Experience with technician was pretty good overall. Did not like the fact that I waited all day before I knew he was coming nor did I like that he was unable to clear out my dryer vent while he was here. I attribute both of these issues as well no as other complaints that I have to the company and the way that work orders are handled and NOT to the technician himself. Unfortunately my experience with your company leaves a lot to be desired and does affect his rating as well to some extent. If I were to rate the company, I would probably give it the lowest rating possible and frankly even then I'm not sure that would be low enough or critical enough.

Not Sure It Is Fixed
Replaced the ice bucket and couldn't get ice to come thru. Finally got cubes but it gets stuck. Tech says let it work it out. Been an hour and we cant get ice to make!

Took to long to fix my washer!
The parts to fix my LG Washer were at my house for a long time before the service man came in to fix my machine. I had to wait for over 2 weeks before my washer was fixed. Too long to wait!

First call was June 7th Ordered part after part Fixed it myself and then he came back to reprogram on September 15 Without washer for three months Will never call sears again He was a nice guy just couldn't diagnose and fix problem in a timely manner
