Washer started leaking on first cycle
I contacted Sears 20min after the technician left due to the water leak and they did not dispatch him back out. They advised we would need to reschedule since it was after business hours. After waiting all day for him to arrive.

Broken
My washer doesn't work at all now. Before it was "repaired" I could get it to turn on if I fixed enough buttons but it doesn't turn on at all now.

You suck
He has been out twice and rhe dryer still does not work. He left all of his trash in my house. Told us it was the power cord so we bought a new one today and put it on and the dryer still does not work

Cant get it to work
Washer didn't complete its cycle right after he left 4 th time over 7 weeks Still not working right

Didn't fix the problem
We paid the fee for our home warranty and the man showed up, but the problem was not repaired. The freezer door still is not sealing and comes open-I really don't think we should be out another fee for the same problem. The door needs a new seal and we are not happy with paying and not receiving any satisfaction

He did the job, but broke washing machine
Technician does his job he replaced parts needed , but today that I tried using it I notice broken plastic pieces on one corner, control panel no assembled correctly and lid won't close all the way .

Need to get serviced again
