Lee did a great job and was very friendly. As a side not—my regular appointment was two days prior to this one and no one showed up to do the job. Had to reschedule but thankfully Lee came to do the job. Sears really needs to offer a better way to get into contact with someone other than what they offer with their home warranty service. That part get one star service
