Raymond did an excellent job repairing my washer. He kept me informed while he was repairing. He was courteous and professional. It's nice to have my washer working properly again!

Great service
Lee was very personable and worked quickly to replace the compressor on our refrigerator. Thankfully he had one in his truck. I called yesterday for an appointment and they were able to get to us today. Sad in this day and age a compressor goes out on a 5 year old refrigerator but that certainly wasn't his or Sears fault. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly and professionally.
