Outstanding Sevice
Vic did an outstanding job taking care of our clothes washer repair. He arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed our malfunction, confirmed he had the part in the van and performed the repair cleanly and to completion. In all, he was in and out in right at 30 minutes. Additionally, he is a very friendly man, with outstanding customer service skills. I appreciate him and wish all technicians worked with such a high level of professionalism.

Mario was an excellent repair man. He came right away and put-up with my many questions. I bombarded him with questions the minute he drove up. He took his time explaining what repairs were required. He also was very informative about my options. I would select Sears again if I needed to, and I would ask for Mario.
