Sergio was quick to diagnose the problem and to fix it. Very clear explanation of what he did and of the Sears warranty program. Need the program before warranties expire on new appliances.

Tony was very knowledgeable about dryers. Although more was wrong with my dryer than I suspected , he still made time to look up parts and see how much it would be to completely get it fixed. My dryer is going to the dump and I will buy a new one when the time comes.

Byron was very professional and efficient. He got our washer back up and running quickly was very courteous and knowledgeable. He provided some tips for us to prevent damaging our washer in the future which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Sears and Byron, give this man a raise!!
