Not happy

Time & dishonest
Spent all day waiting. He said one time & arrived 2 hrs later. Reported false statement about appliance. Wish I could report negative stars!!!!

Problem not fixed
Didn't fix the problem. He replaced the parts but never turned on the dryer to see that it was making noise still.
