Knowledgeable, had to look at manual to see how to correct the lock preventing the operation of the dryer, friendly.

little rough with electronics but repaired the stove quickly. had to show how to clip electronics board into back of stove. could have broken when installing needs to be more careful with the electronic board. but will give 4 stars because got stove fixed without breaking.

Gary was great but the problem is still not fixed he replaced the front circuit board and it worked for a while and now I'm having to continually push it to get it to come on and it's still not heating up would like a reply from customer service ASAP but as far as his service he was awesome

Not all his fault
The company assurance - which I will be sure to give bad reviews .. set him up for failure. That said I wanted him to at least pull out the dishwasher and see what happening. But no. Overall was not pleased with how any of this went down.

Washer/dryer combo repair
He did not repair my washer/dryer. He was there for a few minutes and said it was the vent line which is not even a part of my appliance. He said that GE did not cover that specific type of damage. My machine is still not working.

Repair man
David was on time and quick but he said he checked the machine and it's still not working the water is not spinning out of the machine the water has to be squeezed out of the clothes

Technician is a criminal
Refused the work, took the part with my name on it, lied about the problem saying we left our freezer open which is ridiculous. Lied about our floor having extreme water damage, forged all of the documents saying the work was complete. David B. Now has a no trespass for my property and a police report filed against him. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a home repair.
