While I have nothing but praise for our technician, this whole automated scheduling was a pain! Waited one week for the tech to come, he ordered parts and put us on his calendar for one week away. But that did not put us on the automated schedule. The day of my next appt. No one texted me so I went online. Could only chat, not speak with anyone. Found out I was supposed to let them know when I the parts arrived. Never told me that previously, nor how I was supposed to do that. So in the chat, another appointment was made another week away. All in all, it took a month to get fridge fixed. A five year old fridge, compressor went out. Thought buying Kenmore was safe....Never again.
