Samsung Dishwasher
Scott was experienced & very knowledgeable about the dishwasher. Calling me later in the day to make sure the dishwasher continued to work properly and telling me to call again if things didn't continue to work properly.

Fast service
While the technician was fast and efficient fixing my washing machine, he left a mess. The inside of my washing machine was dirty and had grease marks in it. And the floor was left a mess too.

They Came, They Saw, but They didn't Conquer!
Scott was the second repairman to come to try to repair my microwave, to no avail. Doug had been several times before and was hampered by things such as the part sent was not only defective, but had definite signs showing it had been used before getting mailed to my house. Honestly, I cannot blame these two men for not being able to fix my microwave, but this has been at least a month of me waiting for someone to call American Home Shield and declare this microwave as "unfixable." What rating should I be expected to give? Why don't you give ME a rating for my patience and good humor and willingness to have these guys into my home and to receive the many parts ordered and delivered to my house. I am waiting.........

Thumbs down
The technician wanted to get paid and leave without even doing anything. Then told my warranty company that my broke washer wasn't normal wear and tear so they wouldn't cover to replace it. Terrible service.

Gives run around expensive
vermont operators disconnected from techs took a week for tech to be assigned lack of verification of time....sat at home 3 days to no shows....

Washer isn't fixed
Less than a day later and the first load we do and it isn't working.
