Even though he couldn't get the job completed because the Select Home Warranty once again failed to do their job a second time. He was apologetic, informative and said he would do his best to follow up. Select Home Warranty would not authorize him to order parts for my refrigerator (again) leaving me probably another month with no ice maker. Great technician, horrible Home Warranty Company!
