Quick Diagnosis & Thorough Work
Shawn was prompt, polite, professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer. He was similarly quick to remedy the situation & explained all costs before beginning work. He wrapped up the work, cleaned up the area & offered some helpful advice for the future. Really appreciate the service. Thanks!

Patient and informative.
Darrell perform the evaluation on our appliance quickly, told us about the cause of the problem, and, gave us our options clearly. He answered all of our questions. And he insured that we were taken care with regard to the direction we wanted to take with the service visit.

Quinton is excellent!
Quinton has been here a couple of times, and each time he has done an excellent job. He is so personable and professional. He just goes to work and doesn't come up until he has finished the job! I have very much enjoyed him working in my home. He is always on time and if the job needs parts he orders them and comes back when he says he will. He is an asset to your company!

Dryer issue
Very professional, good communication, quickly ordered the part needed, super helpful fixing the heat issue, and took the time to locate the name of a cosmetic part. Wish all technicians were like Mr. Eli!

Quinton was wonderful - no repair for lower oven gas leak
Quinton is thorough and very professional. However, this is his third visit to keep our lower (convection/air fry) oven from releasing gas throughout the house. He replaced the ignitor on his second visit and that adjusted the temperature (rather than ranging from 250-450 when set at 350) range runs at about 25 degrees cooler than panel indicates. We have been told the horrific smell of gas (after 7 months of use) is a normal usage smell. We do not understand why the upper oven and the range do not emit the gas smell. I expect to be able to use my airfry/convection oven without fear of causing a gas explosion in my home.
