Timely, Courteous, and Quality Customer Care
Dennis is what professional looks like, he provided great customer service, he listened carefully to my explanation of what I thought was wrong with my washing machine, explained what he was going to do, and how the machine should be functioning. He is courteous, gave me a call before arriving, and let me know what time I could expect him. Dennis got right to work, he gave the job his undivided attention. I don't know what he did exactly but my 8 year old washing machine runs like a dream now. Thank you Dennis!
