Great communication from tech
We Had to wait for part delivery and he was the 2nd tech. He was within the window promised. He verified what needed to be done and communicated with the first tech that they were in agreement about problem and solution. Communicated each step with me. Took care of it, verified fix. Told me about the hose that needed replaced that is not part of the repair job since it was not part of the washer. I changed the hose. Saving us from a mess later on. Well done

My experience
He was very knowledgeable, and very professional knew what he was doing I was given a courtesy call. He explained everything from beginning to end I feel very comfortable. We need more people like him to come out on the service calls and I had one guy name Kenny which I find out later name was Kenneth that was very rude. That can really make business bad for you guys but Shawn is great I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a repair.
