I want to thank Tad and the whole Sears Service Team for one of my Best service experiences in years. From my initial contact from the service team to the outstanding service provided by Service Tech Tad ! Every contact was professional, on point, clear and knowledgeable. Responses and follow up contacts were timely and executed as promised. No confusion or delays. Service Tech Tad contacted me and arrived as promised. Tad was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I had confidence in everything about him. He listened to all my concerns about my refrigerator and dishwasher. Promptly began diagnosing the issues. Tad them clearly explained what the problems were, coverages and what needed to be done next. Tad even ordered the parts before he left, wow !. Within minutes I received a confirmation of the parts orders that will be delivered to my door and be here for our follow up appointment to install them and complete the repairs. I also received the follow up appointment confirmation a few minutes later. I don't give praise easily or just to be nice. Praise for doing a good job is earned. And in this service call experience, Praise was more than earned buy Tad and the whole service Team. They went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent Service
Chandima was very polite and helpful. He contacted me several times throughout the morning to keep me updated on his arrival time. I appreciated him explaining and showing me why my ice maker wasn't working. He also noticed my freezer door was making a noise when it was opened or closed. I had forgotten to mention that in my initial call for service. He fixed that also. Overall great job! We were very pleased with with our service and Chandima's help.
