Great tech but bad washer
Technician was great but price for repair was too much for our budget and quality of washing machine for being only 3yrs old. We can add a $100 more and get a brand new washer better than that one. Never liked it anyway! Too much vibration and too loud from the get go. 5 star was for tech not service because that was denied!
