Kenneth is very knowledgeable, patient, personable, honest, listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem and the fix. He doesn't waste time, works quickly, and is laser focused on task at hand. We have been lucky to have had Kenneth show up as the service tech multiple times. He explained the trade-offs for different solutions that also includes a service plan but he doesn't pressure you like a salesman. He offers the facts and you get to choose the option that is best fit for your situation. If I could (the online appointment scheduler only shows the available time slots) I would request him for every appliance service call.
