I had a very pleasant visit with the repair man who came today. He was quite efficient and knew exactly what to do. Even though he was not here very long I enjoyed my time with him. Now I have a working oven and can make pizza for the grand babies tonight!!!!!!!

Great Work by Shane
Shane was professional and he kept me in the loop at all times, from the initial call with his ETA and follow up call from his first job of the morning that caused a delay. When he arrived, he was ready to go - installed all 3 parts while explaining proper maintenance tips for my Samsung. Very knowledgeable, dependable, and friendly. I highly recommend Shane.
