Jaydip's service was excellent!
The tech arrived as promised. He knew what to do and did so quite well. He asked if we had thought about a service contract and proceeded to explain how such a contract would save us money if we had future problems with our appliances. He walked us through the contract, showed us how it would help us, sold us on the contract then cleaned up where he had fixed our problem and bid us a fond farewell! An excellent technician.

Finally!
Kevin was the 6th tech we have had to fix this washer. He patiently worked for three hours to install parts ordered by other techs. Finally, they decided it could not be repaired. I appreciate his efforts & honesty.
