Setting the standard
All technicians should be judged by the way Raymond operates. He is prompt, no nonsense, humble, thorough, efficient and friendly. I wish he repaired my washing machine the first time around, then it wouldn't have taken 2 weeks to get it fixed properly.

Knowledgeable and Personable
Eric was on-time, went quickly to work on my refrigerator leak. He went above and beyond trying to solve the problem. While there ended up not being an obvious problem, he made sure that his report showed this so if the issue arises again, I can be covered by my home warranty. Very nice young man as well.

He was very professional one of the parts that was delivered to my address for the technician was the wrong part. So he left to get the right part at the supply store return less than an hour with the new part and fix the burner on my stove.
