Louis was great...prompt, courteous, thorough, professional! Louis was not the first person who came to work on my washer. I'm sorry, but I did not receive the name of the original person. He arrived and said he knew he had the rods for our washer in the truck, because this washer model's rods fail often. Less than a minute later he was concerned about the temperature in our garage, the location of our washer and dryer. He said he would prefer to come back the following morning. Before I had a chance to respond, and without checking any tablet, other electronic device, nor the truck, he changed his story to, "I don't have the parts. I'll have to order them because this job takes several hours (Louis finished within 15 minutes). Three days later, parts arrive. I called Sears the next day. First available time was two days away. The repair person was a no-show. I called again. Next available was over a week away. When I said that wasn't acceptable, an appointment mysteriously became available today. I don't like when people who are supposed to be professional lie to me. I don't like being blown off, and I don't like that Sears doesn't care if I'm without the use of my washer for several weeks. Louis was the only redeeming quality in this repair story. By the way, today was a bit warmer than when the original guy came. Louis said it was actually comfortable out there.
