Riding lawn mower
Joey is a very pleasant person when he comes out. He does not rush through fixing lawn mower and makes sure it is working before he leaves. He calls and lets you know he is on his way and what time he will be there. He deserves more than 5 stars. Very good employee.

Refrigerator craziness
Emanuel was great! He listened well, was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment, and is ready to follow though if things go south again. While previous technicians worked on the refrigerator, Emanuel took the time to analyze everything that had happened, and seems to have fixed the problem. He explained what he was doing, told me what to look for, and to get back with him if there were additional issues. Great guy!
