He checked washer out? I showed him all the parts, he went to work putting all the new parts on! I went to check on the technician and he was putting his tools up! Check machine out and suggested that I run a clean cycle! Which I did, now I am washing a load of white clothes!! Yea!!! First since Thanksgiving! Thanks so much!

Stove
Matt was very nice and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. I didn't get the work done because the cost to repair 2 front burners that only burn high was over $700. I'll just buy a new stove.
