Great work. Lousy scheduling.
Once Alejandro arrived, he fixed the problem quickly. The scheduling process however was miserable. The man who took my call seemed more interested in placing blame than understanding the problem. When Alejandro arrived I asked him what he understood my problem to be. His answer was very schetchy. The appointment was scheduled for 8 to noon. Alejandro arrived about 5:30 pm. The man who took my call tried to sell me a whole house appliance policy. With scheduling this bad, I wouldn't dream of purchasing such a policy.

Very Helpful…
Eric was knowledgeable, helpful and answered any questions we had. We never felt rushed and we were definitely pleased with our service. We got lucky with finding out our ice maker was ok and nothing was wrong. We got more of a lesson session regarding our brand of refrigerator and only needed to pay the service fee! Thank u Eric for all your help!

A dreaded experience turned good!
I had recently had a couple of unpleasant, not helpful experiences with service people and dreaded it. I returned to using Sears' service after being away for several years. Everything went perfect - from scheduilng the appointment to the successful conclusion. He came when he said he would, had a colleague deliver the part while he made another call. Returned and finished the job. So far everything is perfect!
