Good people - Bad web platform
Alejandro was fantastic! But you must change your web platform to allow easy transfer to a live person. It's a nightmare, as is, if you call from your appointment phone number as it defaults to the status of what is currently with no ability to talk to someone. In my case i found a part that was backordered (until early January) and tried to advise you of that but It was next to impossible. After several hours I was able to chat with a live agent and get things squared away. Very frustrating experience. The service technicians were great and should be commended. It will be hard to use this web platform system again though.
