Tim was courteous and professional.
Tim was great. No complaints. However after changing the regulator on our gas cooktop today we're smelling the faint odor of gas. He or another tech may need to return to address.

Sears Experience
The tech was good. Sears however has been difficult to deal with. It has been hard to get people to respond. We reported this problem 10/13/23. Six service appointments were scheduled & no one showed up for 3 of those. That pushed us to 5 weeks without a refrigerator. Now the fridge is not repairable. I need the expected response from Sears within the 3-5 day time period we were told to wait. It has been very disappointing.

Excellent Service!
Sam came in and was friendly and professional. He immediately understood the problem with our refrigerator, diagnosed it and attempted to repair it. When he determined it could not be repaired, he contacted our home warranty company and got an authorization to replace the unit. We could not have asked for better service — thank you!
