Heidman Dryer Diagnosis on 9/24
The tech was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, checked numerous things and explained what and why he was checking. He even did a little extra trick to insure the door stays closed. The problem he found with the temp regulation was very rare and would have been more difficult for a less experienced tech. I'm very pleased with his service.

Washing Machine Repair
Eduardo, although unable to make the repair, did all he could do to get me back up and running. Unfortunately, it was a bigger problem than originally diagnosed and resulted in the need to replace my washing machine. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the problem and explained to me what the problem was and what was being done to repair it. He made a repair very quickly, but, unfortunately, it turned out to be a bigger issue. He kept me informed all throughout the process and was happy to answer any questions I had. I appreciated his help very much. Thus, the 5 star rating. Thank you, Eduardo!
