Great Service Technician!
Jeremy was the perfect technician to send. He explained everything he was doing and everything he saw happening with our LG washer. The washer is barely 1-year old, and had recently been repaired for the same error code -- water inlet issues. Jeremy was puzzled because the new parts looked OK, so he started looking at other possible causes, including the water supply line. That was the problem this time (maybe last time, too), and although I had to pay for the service call, I wanted the washer fixed. Thank you Jeremy!
