He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After finding the issue with the machine, he called the warranty department explain to them what was going on with my washer that is going to cost more for parts and repair so I'm just waiting to hear back from them, but the gentleman did his part very well. I was very pleased. not happy at all with my warranty company though.
