Casey showed up quickly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly communicated his analysis and his recommendation. When we made a decision, he quickly began to order the necessary parts. When the parts arrived several days later, he showed up on time and installed them. The washer is now working properly again. Good experience all around.
