Tech is nice, but it still isn't fixed
This trip was this tech's second time at my home for my refrigerator. It still doesn't work. I gave five stars because I know the repair is difficult and a crap shoot on whether the repair will take, and the tech is very courteous. But now, I have to wait another week and a half to get someone here because the refrigerator still isn't cooling. Been dealing with this since July 10th.

Long wait to get it done
I feel the technician is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was the issue but disappointed on how long it took to get parts and every time we would be put at the end of the line . It took seven weeks to finally get the AC up and running. Wish you would have real people on customer service .
