Repair technician
He was wonderful and went above and beyond all efforts to come to a satisfactory outcome. We ended up having to get our washer replaced. He was patient and knowledgeable throughout. You are lucky to have him in your employ.

The experience with Sears warranty was so bad it would not rate a 1, however, Scott is a stand up technician with customer service skills. Deserves a 5+

Robert was great need part and he ordered it was delivered the next day. Robert was here at 8 AM and had washer was fixed. He cleaned up after himself.

Unfortunately our washer was pronounced unfixable for lack of a correct part. The service was good but the manufacturer apparently didn't have replacement parts available. The service by Sears was good and I'd use them again.
