Wayne was nice and friendly (a smidge too talkative) ran the electronic checks on both machines and was done fairly quickly. He arrived close to the predicted time. All went well

Harold was great. The ability to communicate with the warrenty company and Sears repair was negative to 10 on a scale of 1-10. The part came in early and I rescheduled on line and recieved a conformation and then started receiving requests to reschedule and the primt screen only gave a cancel or reschedule option only.
