Samsung Ice Maker Service
William was great, although he was not able to repair the ice maker. It is an inherent problem with Samsung ice makers. Very disappointed that this cannot be repaired. When set on cubed or crushed, we get both cubed and crushed. We were told we'll just have to live with it.

Josiah was very thorough in diagnosing and servicing our refrigerator. He found the mistake a different company made in a previous repair. I feel this time our issue is actually fixed.
