Great, productive visit
Steve let us know in the am the 2 hour window when he expected to arrive, so we weren't waiting all day, then called when he was 30 min away. He properly diagnosed ghe previously improperly diagnosed issue and was realistic in time to obtain parts.

I had major problems getting my service scheduled correctly. Travis was very patient, getting everything straightened out and taken care of the way it should have been the first go round.
