Kevin was great. Best service I've had in years. I think because it's an actual Sears Technician that came out. Everything ran a lot smoother. I was very happy and very impressed. Kevin was a perfect gentleman as well.

Washing machine locked
He was able to unlock the washing machine by resetting the caliber and having it reset back to factory mode and I am grateful save the trip from going to the laundromat
