Refrigerator repair
After losing hundreds of dollars of refrigerated food the technician sent my home said there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator and left. Home and identified the problem right away, ordered the part, and got the refrigerator repaired as quickly as possible. Service through Sears telephone service can be extremely frustrating. Even when you accept the date and time for service, they may still cancel your appointment and make you reset another time. You can't talk to a person!

Sergio was knowledgeable, professional and personable . He worked diligently and kept the area clean and neat. When he completed the repairs, he cleared the area of all debris and tool s. He then helped me get signed up for a filter subscription at my request and patiently waited for the call center to complete the sign up.
