Best Tech Ever!!!!
Marcos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He fully discussed the issues with my Samsung dryer and quickly fixed the problem, as well as giving me further relevant information. Could not have gotten repair service from a better technician!! Marcos is the best!!!! Highly recommend Sears Home Services for any appliance repairs!

Review of Floyd's work
Floyd recently arrived to inspect why our refrigerator was not cooling but the freezer was working. Turns out the evaporator fan motor went out. Floyd order the part (which took a week to arrive). Floyd arrived two days after the part arrived and professionally installed the replacement. Can't say enough about Floyd's expertise and professionalism.
