Thomas was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. Quickly determine the problem. Within minutes repaired the microwave. Left no trash when finished. This repair service was an exception to the normal service provided by Sears We have been waiting three months for our side by side refrigerator to be replaced under our master protection plan. No icemaker for six months. Sears will sell you a policy but will not support it once you buy it. So much for integrity.
